I talked to several teachers this week getting prepared for next Monday when some school districts will re-open school and their main concern is what parents put in their children’s lunches. They are so concerned that one teacher is using a lunch box and filling it with healthy lunches to teach the parents about healthy eating!! So if you can attend this event share the wealth of info with others that did not make it. As grandparents we need to understand the need to keep our kids healthy and have the needed energy and brain power to succeed.
