Thanks Valerie! We are honored to have such talented artists, like your Mom, Joyce Philpot, showcase their work through the San Diego Hospice Gallery 4311 program. We invite the community to come and view the art (open daily) and join us at our next Gallery 4311 reception on July 8 from 2-4pm.

No Philpot is not her maiden name it is mine though but I don’t recognize a Hazel. But it is an Irish name and a bit rare so who knows? Thanks Dot.

Is Joyce related to Hazel Philpot? I have a painting “Play Mates” of 2 dogs done many years ago. A tag on the back has the name Hazel with Monroeville PA as the address.
