Stay in Touch with Your Grandkids with An Ipod Touch

Face Time with the Grandkids

I was babysitting my two Grandsons when they said,”It’s time to do face time with our cousins!” So they got out their iPod Touch and selected their cousin (my two Granddaughter’s that live in Colorado) and there they were seeing each other and talking a way.
If you are like me I am tied up in a plan with AT&T so I can’t update my phone for two years.  So instead I bought the iPod touch and now I can see my Grandkids where ever they are. I can show them our Christmas tree and holiday lights…which they liked while talking to me about lots of fun things.

So if you have not yet gotten a present for your grandkids that live in another state and if you still haven’t put an iPod touch on your wish list there is still some time.  If you miss the holidays then think birthday gift!

My two Grandaughters had face time with me two days ago while visiting their Mother’s sister and their cousins in Minnesota. So I finally got to meet face to face their other special cousins.

Not only can you do face time but you can download music and lots of other apps (lots are free) and still keep your phone you have. My son’s family gave me a speaker that also charges my iPod touch and so it is on and waiting for their next buzz for face time with Grammy.

It is a bit of an investment but think of it as money not spent on air fare/TSA searches/lost baggages and weather delays!
